Question & Answers With Stephen Weber, MD, FACS

Our goal from your first interaction with our office is to figure out how we can produce the results that you are seeking.

All of us at Weber Facial Plastic Surgery look forward to meeting you during your consultation. Patients universally describe Weber Facial Plastic Surgery as being “warm,” “comfortable” and “inviting.”

We understand that each of our patients has a unique set of desires. Our goal from your first interaction with our office is to figure out how we can produce the results that you are seeking. We specialize in creating youthful, natural results for our patients with both surgical and non-surgical treatment approaches.

What is your overall approach to facial plastic surgery?

A: My approach is highly individualized. Every patient has unique anatomy and goals, so I take the time to listen carefully, evaluate thoroughly and recommend the most appropriate treatments, always aiming for natural, balanced results that fit the patient’s features.

How do you ensure patient safety during surgery?

A: Safety is a top priority in every procedure. At our practice, most surgeries are performed in-office without general anesthesia, which reduces risk and recovery time. When general anesthesia is needed, we operate at accredited facilities with board-certified anesthesiologists.

How long does recovery typically take after a facelift?

A: Most patients recover comfortably at home and are ready to resume normal activities within 7–10 days. Some swelling and mild bruising are expected, but these improve steadily. Final results continue to refine over several months.

Can non-surgical treatments achieve the same results as surgery?

A: Non-surgical treatments like BOTOX, fillers and laser resurfacing are excellent for maintenance, subtle improvementsor when downtime needs to be minimal. However, they cannot achieve the same level of correction as surgical procedures, especially for advanced aging.

What is your experience with rhinoplasty?

A: Rhinoplasty is one of my most frequently performed procedures. I perform both cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty, including complex revisions. My goal is always to improve nasal balance and function while maintaining a natural, individualized look.

Do you use computer imaging during consultations?

A: Yes, for certain procedures, we use photo morphing to simulate potential results. It’s a helpful tool for setting realistic expectations and ensuring that both the patient and I have a shared vision for the outcome.

How do you keep results looking natural?

A: Natural results come from experience, restraint and precision. I focus on subtle refinements that complement the patient’s features rather than changing their appearance entirely. The goal is to have people notice that you look refreshed, not operated on.

Do you see patients from outside Colorado?

A: Yes, I see many patients from across the country. We offer concierge support to help with travel, accommodations and recovery planning, ensuring the process is seamless for out-of-town patients.
