Out-of-Town Patients: Personalized Support for a Seamless Surgical Experience

Many patients travel from across the country to Weber Facial Plastic Surgery for Dr. Weber’s expertise. Our team provides concierge-level support to make the process smooth, from arranging accommodations and transportation to ensuring personalized care during recovery. Every detail is coordinated with your comfort, safety and privacy in mind.

Personal Care Service

When one of our patients receives general anesthesia or IV sedation, we require, for your safety, that you have a caregiver with you during the first 24 hours following the procedure. In the event that you do not have a local caregiver, we contract with several skilled and discreet private concierge services that will care for you in a hotel suite or in your home.

In addition to overnight monitoring, these services can attend to your needs and ensure that you are comfortable during your recovery. These services are provided at an extra cost, but this will be clearly discussed with you prior to surgery. As with all of our surgical patients, Dr. Weber will be directly available by cell phone to answer any questions or address any concerns that might arise.

For our out-of-town patients, we offer dedicated concierge services to make your surgical experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our team assists with every logistical detail—from arranging comfortable accommodations and transportation to ensuring you have the necessary post-procedure support. If you require general anesthesia or IV sedation and do not have a local caregiver, we can coordinate with skilled, discreet private care professionals who provide attentive overnight assistance.

This may include staying with you in your hotel suite or private residence, monitoring your recovery and attending to your needs during the critical first 24 hours after surgery. In addition, we are happy to coordinate trusted transportation services, ensuring you have safe, comfortable travel to and from the surgical center. Our concierge team is here to handle these arrangements so you can focus entirely on your comfort, recovery and results.

Hotel Accommodations

There are many hotels close to both our office and the AAAHC-accredited surgical centers where Dr. Weber performs surgery. Our staff can assist you in choosing the accommodations that fit your needs as well as booking the reservation. We have arranged special pricing packages available only to our patients at most local hotels.

Airport Locations

Denver International Airport (DEN) is a convenient option for both domestic and international visitors and is located within forty minutes of our clinic.

Should you have the opportunity to fly privately, we recommend Centennial Airport (APA) as your destination point. Convenient rental car service is also available at the FBO. Our office is located about 10 minutes southwest of Centennial Airport.

Transportation Services

The safety of our patients is of utmost importance to us. If you do not have a local caregiver to escort you from the surgical center to your home or hotel, we will arrange for a trusted car service to pick you up after your procedure.
